Rob is a fighter, he always has been. Whether it’s on the rugby field as the captain of his college team or advocating for orphans locally and abroad in Uganda and Guatemala, Rob enjoys a challenge—especially when fighting for the underdog. He is able to rely on his extensive insurance experience from prior work as an in-house trial attorney for an insurance company.
Although he represents clients nationwide, as a lifelong New Jersey resident, Rob was inspired by his community’s ability to recover from Superstorm Sandy. He was able to utilize his inside knowledge of the claims process and his strong familiarity with the New Jersey court system to personally assist hundreds of Superstorm Sandy victims who had been wrongfully denied or underpaid claims.
Rob represents all of his clients, regardless of size, with a tenacity and dedication that is unparalleled. While it’s not uncommon for Rob to obtain multi-million dollar settlements for his clients, one of his proudest accomplishments came recently in a relatively small matter. Rob and his team represented an elderly client whose home had suffered damage from a broken pipe. Through pointed depositions and discovery demands, the insurance carrier recognized the no-win situation and paid everything necessary to repair the damage and restore the home.
Rob is blessed with a beautiful wife named Karen and two sons who keep him on his toes. When he is not chasing down insurance companies or his sons, Rob can generally be found engaged in athletic pursuits such as soccer, rugby, golf, and skiing. Rob has a passion for orphan care and regularly travels internationally to work with Children’s HopeChest an organization that cares for orphaned and at-risk children in the developing world.
