Jonathan E. Bukowski, Esq.

Biography

Having begun his career as an insurance defense attorney, representing one of the largest carriers in the country in a variety of liability claims through jury trial, Jonathan now focuses his practice on assisting homeowners and business owners navigate the intricacies of first party property insurance related to a variety of perils and catastrophic events, including fire, smoke/soot, hail, wind, pipe burst, and theft. He has particular experience assisting policyholders in catastrophic loss cases and bad faith litigation with an exemplary record of strong results for his clients in highly contentious matters. He has achieved successful outcomes and secured millions of dollars for hundreds of policyholders in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Jonathan is a member in good standing in the states of Colorado, Florida, Wyoming, and Iowa. He is also a member of the United States District Courts for the Districts of Colorado, Nebraska, Eastern District of Iowa, and Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law. When not advocating on behalf of policyholders, Jon enjoys playing golf, traveling, skiing, and watching college football.
