Ashley N. Harris, Esq.

As a policyholder’s advocate, Ashley Harris ensures her clients’ interests are protected and assists them to recover from their insurance carrier. Her dedication to customer service, integrity, and attention to detail has made Ashley a preeminent attorney at Merlin Law Group.

Ashley joined Merlin Law Group in 2013 and has practiced exclusively on behalf of policyholders nationwide.  Ashley handled hundreds of claims for Superstorm Sandy victims in the New Jersey area, representing homeowners, businesses and condominium associations.  She has also represented policyholders in disputes involving fire, water loss, flood, hail, and methamphetamine laboratory operations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas and Colorado.

Handling property insurance claims is second nature to Ashley, who grew up in a family with several property insurance adjusters.  This unique background combined with her interpersonal communication style has brought her success with clients and peers alike.
