Nicole F. Levine, Esq.

Nicole F. Levine, a life-long resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey, earned both her Bachelor of Science and law degree from Rutgers University. Prior to her tenure as an attorney, Ms. Levine served as a law clerk for the Honorable Roger M. Kahn in the Tax Court of New Jersey. After the clerkship, she embarked on a legal career dedicated to representing plaintiffs in various areas of law, including family and special education law. Ms. Levine has extensive experience practicing law as a public interest lawyer prior to joining the Merlin Law Group. It has been her passion to serve, advocate and litigate on behalf of the impoverished and disabled sectors of the community. Her desire to serve the public was sparked in law school while volunteering in a Pro Bono clinic that provided legal assistance to victims of domestic violence. She now brings that passion to the Merlin Law Group for the benefit of clients that have suffered property damage in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. As a resident of the community that was directly impacted by Superstorm Sandy, she takes great pride in zealously representing clients and assisting in their recovery from the storm.
