David Castano operates on the notion that genuine relationships are the foundation of success. With over seven years in the roofing and construction industry, he’s earned a reputation as someone contractors can count on to show up and follow through—with a personal investment in the outcome.
David’s background spans sales leadership and marketing, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the business development side and the broader industry landscape. He’s built his career on asking the right questions, understanding the full picture, and connecting the right people at the right time.
David is drawn to Merlin Law Group’s reputation for standing up against unfair insurance practices. For him, joining the firm wasn’t simply a career move—it was an alignment of values. He believes that when a policyholder has been treated unfairly, they deserve more than a sympathetic ear—they deserve an experienced team that will advocate for them.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, David serves contractors throughout Texas.
When he’s not working, David can be found on the tennis court, traveling, or at the gym. He lives by the motto: “Try again, fail again, fail better.”
