William F. “Chip” Merlin, Jr. Esq.
As founder and president of Merlin Law Group, Chip Merlin has dedicated his practice to the representation and advocacy of insurance policyholders in disputes with insurance companies nationwide. Since 1985, Chip has served as a plaintiff’s attorney with a focus on Commercial & Residential Property Insurance Claim Disputes and Bad Faith Insurance litigation. Chip served as Chair for the Bad Faith Insurance Litigation Group for the American Association for Justice (formerly known as The Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He was also Vice-Chair for the Subcommittee on Property Insurance Law for The American Bar Association.
Corey Harris, Esq.
Corey Harris has a special affinity for condominium insurance law. Much of his legal experience has been working with condominium management associations and boards of directors regarding issues they may have as to insurance policies and other liability policies and claims.
Corey is “editor in chief” and providing much of the content for this condominium insurance blog. Other Merlin Law Group attorneys will also be posting their views and news on the topic, as will other guest bloggers with experience in the many fields which also play an important part in the daily events of condominium living.
