Biography
Bob Musilek has spent more than 20 years figuring out how to help organizations cut through the noise and make an impact, and the tools he uses to do that have changed dramatically over the course of his career. From digital media and telecommunications to AI-driven marketing systems and large-scale marketing strategy, Bob has stayed at the front edge of how this industry actually works—not just how it's supposed to work.
Before joining Merlin Law Group, Bob served as Chief Marketing Officer at a national plaintiff law firm focused on veterans' disability and personal injury law. Working alongside people navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives shaped his belief that marketing in professional services carries a real responsibility.
At Merlin Law Group, Bob oversees national marketing and client development, working across attorney teams, business development, and client services operations to make sure home and business owners who need help with their property insurance claims can find it. His work spans digital strategy, catastrophe response outreach, referral development, and the integration of AI and automation into the firm's marketing and operational workflows.
Bob is strongly aligned with the mission behind his work. He believes that effective marketing is less about advertising and more about offering education, establishing trust, and making sure policyholders know their options when they need support.
Outside the office, Bob is a photographer, video producer, and self-described technology enthusiast with a particular interest in the future of AI and search. He has been married for 30 years and has four children.
