Brian Braddy, Esq.

Biography

Brian Braddy, Esq., is a seasoned attorney at Merlin Law Group, where he concentrates his practice on first-party property and casualty insurance litigation. He represents residential and commercial property owners across Florida and Georgia, leveraging a diverse background to deliver strategic, results-driven advocacy.

Brian is licensed to practice in both Florida and Georgia, with federal admissions to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.

A Miami native, Brian currently resides in Atlanta. He graduated from Ransom Everglades School in Coconut Grove, earned a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University, and received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law.

Before joining Merlin Law Group, Brian held in-house counsel roles at several Fortune 500 companies, served as a certified contract advisor for NFL and NBA athletes, and worked as a director in the Office of the Mayor of Atlanta. He also led statewide growth efforts as managing partner of a national property damage insurance firm.

Brian is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Gate City Bar Association. His professional honors include being named a Teach for America Fellow and induction into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Phi Eta Sigma Honors Fraternity. While in law school, he also competed in mock trial, sharpening his litigation skills early in his career.
