The Trial Academy is a full-immersion training experience that simulates the pressures and unpredictability of real courtroom litigation. It’s intense, hands-on, and designed to push even the most seasoned litigators to grow.
From day one, participants dive into a case they’ll live with all week—analyzing facts, refining their strategy, and preparing to try it before a mock jury. Guided by experienced trial lawyers, they’re challenged to think differently, leave their comfort zones behind, and sharpen every phase of trial work, from opening statements and cross-examinations to closing arguments. The week culminates in a full mock trial held in a real courtroom, where attorneys demonstrate their growth. For many, the experience is transformative.
