At Merlin Law Group, P.A., our mission is to provide efficient and effective legal counsel, service, and advocacy to insurance policyholders and claimants. Our practice is focused on insurance law. Our Experience

Chip Merlin brings an aggressive, no-nonsense approach to the practice of law and to our entire firm. Today he is joined in this practice by a full complement of skilled attorneys and professional support staff. Many of our attorneys worked for the insurance industry before joining Merlin Law Group, P.A. Nearly all are trial attorneys who will aggressively pursue cases in order to reach a positive outcome for their clients.

Sharing the Risk

At Merlin Law Group, P.A., we believe in our services so strongly that we are willing to share in the risk. We do not charge a fee to initially review your claim, unlike many firms that seem content to bill hour upon hour. We handle most cases on a contingent fee basis and, in many instances, advance necessary costs related to preparing a claim.
